2026 Reunion

The 93rd Annual Hawley Society Reunion

Hawley Society 2026 Reunion

October 8th – 11th, 2026 New Haven, Connecticut

Theme: “Reconnecting with our Roots: Hawleys at America’s 250”

We’re Coming Home to Connecticut!

After two wonderful years hosting our reunions out West, the Hawley Society is finally returning to where our American story began!

As America approaches its 250th anniversary, we invite you to gather in one of New England’s earliest colonial settlements—New Haven, Connecticut—for a celebration of history, heritage, and family. This year’s reunion, “Reconnecting with Our Roots: Hawleys at America’s 250,” honors both the generations who helped shape this nation and the enduring bonds that unite us today. Together, we’ll reflect on our family’s early colonial ties, explore the historic heart of New Haven, and celebrate 250 years of American independence and the Hawley legacy.

An Invitation to Family Connections & History Enthusiasts Alike

Over a century ago, our society established a clear purpose: to collect and preserve the memory, records, and history of the Hawley Family, and to promote friendly acquaintance and sociability.

Because the Hawleys stand as one of Connecticut’s foundational founding families, our heritage is deeply intertwined with the very birth and history of the region. We warmly welcome all persons—whether you legally bear the Hawley name, connect to it via a branch on your family tree, or are simply a history enthusiast passionate about early Connecticut heritage and founding families. Join us as we bring history to life and celebrate the enduring bonds of family sociability!
